Brightline letter to the Board of Supervisors proposes to amend a resolution calling for the issuance of $388 million in bonds for safe streets and road repair. The amendment to today’s resolution would require work to be performed under the $388 million street repair bonds to be made up of a workforce with a mandatory minimum of 35% San Francisco residents and a goal of 50% San Franciscans.
