America’s Cup is at a crossroads with the approaching Wednesday’s Budget & Finance hearing on the America’s Cup Workforce and Small Business Inclusion Plan called by Supervisor John Avalos. In a letter to America's Cup Event Authority CEO Richard Worth, Brightline proposes the application of San Francisco’s Local Hiring Policy for Construction and an all-union workforce commitment by the Authority.
